Physical and Chemical Properties | The chemical product is a white or light yellow slurry emulsion. It can be diluted with any proportion of water. Soluble in hot water at 60 ℃. |
Use | Uses This product is suitable for soft treatment of real silk, velveteen, knitted, poplin thread card and other fabrics. It can also be used for resin bath finishing of polyester/cyanide, polyester, polyester/cotton and other blended fabrics. After finishing with this product, the fabric feels plump, soft and smooth, and has improved physical performance indexes such as elastic bending, which can replace imported softeners EM,RC and domestic softeners. |
This product can be used according to general industrial chemical management. Gloves and protective glasses should be worn to avoid direct contact with the skin and eyes. If it gets on the skin, rinse with water and soap. Place in a cool and dry warehouse to prevent exposure to sunlight and rain.
Add 1mol of octadecylamine to the reaction kettle, heat and melt, add 2.0mol of methyl acrylate dropwise at around 60 ℃ to raise the temperature to 60-70 ℃, stir for 2 hours, and then continue the reaction for 4 hours after dropwise addition. Then, the feed liquid is poured into a distillation kettle and the excess methyl acrylate is evaporated under reduced pressure. The residue is fed into an ester exchange kettle, and 0.5mol of triethanolamine is added, followed by a catalyst amount of sulfuric acid. Reduce pressure and reflux for 5 hours, and continuously remove methanol. After the reaction is completed, pour the material into the neutralization kettle, add alkali, and adjust the pH value to 7.0-7.5. Cooling, discharging and packaging to obtain finished products.
add 1 mol of octaamine into the reaction kettle, heat and melt, add 2.0 mol of methyl acrylate dropwise at about 60 ℃ to raise the temperature to 60~70 ℃, add dropwise for 2 h under stirring, and continue the reaction for 4 h after dropwise addition. The feed liquid is then driven into a distiller under reduced pressure to evaporate excess methyl acrylate. The residue is fed into a transesterification kettle, 0.5 mol of triethanolamine is added, and the catalyst amount of sulfuric acid is added. Refluxing under reduced pressure for 5 h and removing methanol continuously. After the reaction is completed, the feed liquid is pumped into the neutralization kettle, alkali is added, and the pH value is adjusted to 7.0~7.5. Cooling, discharge packaging of finished products.
